Defining a clear roadmap, and prioritise an Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for first release. Then create a high-level clickable prototype of the overall vision to bring the proposition to life.


  • Alpha phase (4-26 weeks)

    Teamwork makes the dreamwork: We Design, Build, Test, Develop and Deliver the MVP for a key set of user groups identified, via our robust agile methodology (typically via Scrum). Building just enough to get the MVP to market to test and prove the proposition. Then reflect on the outcome to decide where to pivot or proceed.


  • Beta (4-26 weeks)

    Beta (4-26 weeks)

    Understanding success: Following release of the MVP for the product or service, we continue with our robust agile methodology (typically via Kanban). Delivering incremental enhancements in line with delivery of business value and customer feedback. It's about 'Build. Measure. Learn.'.
